Welcome to Centered Healing, located just outside the picturesque township of Maldon in country Victoria.

Centered Healing was established in 2018 and is run by its founder Roger Day.

As an Intuitive Healer and energy worker, Roger’s vision has always been to provide clients with a safe, caring and serene healing space in a natural and tranquil environment, and this he has perfectly achieved in this beautiful rural setting.

Healing Sessions:

Roger offers both ‘in person’ and ‘distance’ healing sessions with each session typically taking a full hour. Whilst some people prefer an in-person healing, it is beneficial to understand that energy is boundless and with a distance session the client still receives the full benefits of the energy healing, whilst remaining in the comfort of their own home/space.

Prior to commencing each healing session, Roger first ensures the client is relaxed and comfortable. As the session begins and after calling in and connecting with Creator/Source energy, his Team of Guides and Angels together with the client’s Team, Roger assesses the client via a non-intrusive non-touch method known as energy scanning.

During the session the client is comfortably laying down with eyes closed. Each healing is different, and will always be specific to the client and reflect ‘where’ the client is at, at that point in time. Throughout the healing clients may be aware of a range of different sensations; they may experience a feeling of warmth or coolness throughout different areas of the body, their stomach may ‘gurgle’, they may twitch or see colours, or become emotional and even teary as a possible emotional release is taking place. For some people there may be no tangible, physical or energetic sensations. Just as each healing is different so too is each person’s experience. The key is to understand that no two healings will be the same – just be and trust and remain open to receiving the healing energy, whilst being mindful not to ‘block’ any potential healing with negative preconceptions.

Roger now offers distance healing sessions for Horses, Dogs and Cats.
